Fun at the Farm

Last week, we were privileged to have a few days to spend with my mom and dad at their farm. Isaac had so much fun being outside. He picked corn with Grandpa Dan, put it in his trailer, brought it back to the house, cleaned it, and of course, ate it.

Isaac did all of his favorite things at Nana and Grandpa Dan's. He drove his tractor, played baseball, golf, and ran in his new sprinkler. My boy loves being outside!

The afternoons were really hot while we were there, so Grandpa Dan took us to the McDonald's Playplace. Isaac's favorite place to slide. Mommy's biggest germ-a-phobe place.

But, his favorite thing to do at the farm, we would have never predicted...throwing rocks into the little rock pond over, and over, and over again.

We also got to go visit my Granny. Isaac gave her kisses and showed her how to work his car.

Isaac also loved his snacks from Grandpa Dan, usually offered about 15 minutes BEFORE dinner time. Oh yes, that's a fudge pop.

Isaac also loved cuddling up to Nana right before bed.

It was so great to have some quiet relaxing time at the farm and spend some time with Nana and Grandpa Dan. Isaac cried when we left and has asked to go back everyday since.
