Have your cake and eat it too...

The last three weeks I have been very busy with cakes. Over Easter weekend, our best friends' daughter Molly turned one. I made her a ladybug cake and a mini cake of her own.

The next week, I made a going away cake for a friend's brother-in-law who is being deployed. She also needed a small birthday cake to go with this.

This weekend, Brandon's sister Stacey got married and I made their wedding cake. It was my first four tier cake. I have never stacked more than two tiers before.
