Well, we almost made it through the winter... but about a week and a half ago, RSV found us. Two Fridays ago, Isaac began wheezing and breathing rapidly. His temperature shot up to 102.2. I gave him Tylenol and a breathing treatment, but his temp continued to rise. So, we ended up in the emergency room. After many tests, a breathing treatment, and Barry enjoying the
KU game on a 12 inch TV screen; we were given the dreaded diagnosis of RSV and pneumonia. Eleven days and many many breathing treatments later, we are proud to say; he is finally well. He has hardly coughed at all today and is a happy boy again. During all of this I also got pneumonia and Barry got a pretty bad cough. Thank yous go out to Nana and
Grampa Dan for coming to take care of us and keep Isaac since he could not go to daycare. Dad's respiratory expertise were much appreciated. More thank yous to Grandma Watts for keeping him for two days too and to all of you who sent up many prayers for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
